All you need bring is your food and clothes.

Linen, kitchen utensils, TV, beds, crockery and cutlery all provided. Electricity and gas bills are covered in the fees we charge.

The only bill we do not pay for you is the phone bill which we require tenants to have connected in their own name. Connection of the phone is a quick and simple thing to do and we are happy to help facilitate this if tenants require.
